Who is this for?
This option is great if you already have the time to post or a scheduling software set up then this could be a great option for you to get your social media posts created for you.
What do I need to do?
Simply send us your content plan one week before the beginning of our billing cycle. This will include content (images/video) and text you want or brief us on the type of content you’d like and we’ll source this for you from stock libraries and add your text.
What will Fresh Elements do?
Once we have your brief we’ll create the posts and send a link with all your content on a monthly basis.
What type of posts can be created?
You can choose the ratio of post types for each post credit i.e. stories, normal posts for your feed, and carousels. Each carousel post is counted as one credit.
What’s not included?
We don’t create content on-demand so all the posts you plan and brief us with will be delivered in one go. We understand that circumstances do change over the course of a month so we can create additional posts for you, however, we will give you the option to either use post credit(s) from the following month or alternatively these can be quoted on a case by case basis and billed separately via and invoice. If you use credits from the upcoming month any cancellation requests will be applied for the month following this.

This is up to you and dependent on how often you want to post and what sort of content would work best for your business niche. For example, if you go for 30 credits, this could be one post a day for a month. You could split this and have 15 stories posts and 15 feed posts. Still not sure? Who is this for?
This option is great for businesses who don’t have the time to post but want their feed looking on brand. Get your social media posts created for you posted directly to your Instagram account.
What do I need to do?
Simply send us your content plan, content (images/video) and text you want or brief us on the type of content you’d like and we’ll source this for you from stock libraries and add your text. We’ll need captions for the posts and any particular hashtags you want to use. Not sure? We can help based on knowing more about your niche and aims for your profile.
We’ll also need access to your account credentials to be able to post to your business profile. We’ll keep these confidential.
In addition to the content, we post we would recommend you post regular Instagram stories which aren’t created by us to get across your brand/product/service and also utilise other features such as Instagram live to keep your audience engaged. For example, if you have a bakery, it would be great to showcase your fresh bread or cakes being made, happy customers and staff, a live bread making demonstration etc. The ideas are endless!

We won’t deal with your business operations i.e dealing with direct messages for customer service. We won’t be involved in engagement with other accounts in the form of likes, comments or messages.
There is also no guarantee of growing your follower numbers but we can give you tips based on the industry best practice and known changes to the platform to help you keep on top of this. You may also want to combine your Instagram efforts with other avenues for marketing such as email newsletters, viral competitions, blogs, YouTube videos and other social media platforms which your audience can find you on.
Instagram promotions are not included in these packages.

If you’re an existing member we’ll have your brand assets on hand so no need to worry about sending us your branding and style guides. We’ll arrange a meeting to go through your goals with Instagram and ensure we have the right plan for you. We’ll then send you content plans to fill out so we have a guide to work from when creating your content.
Once you have placed your order we’ll organise a call and once we have all your direction/materials for the project we’ll get started!
If you’re a new member we’ll set up a call to go through your business, customers and brand styling so we get the look and feel of your elements spot on. We’ll also discuss your goals with Instagram and the look and feel you’d like to go for. We’ll then send you content plans to fill out so we have a guide to work from when creating your content.
